Client Designer Access Link

Client Design Submissions
The client submits a theme, per-format fonts/colors/decorative borders and Table Menu Card couple details only. Review here; no JSON exchange is required.
Only the assigned Event Planner approves submitted designs and printing. Admin has oversight and may print without approval. Approval applies to the last saved cloud event.

Admin Settings · Guest Feedback QR
Upload the official guest-feedback QR image (PNG, JPG or WebP, maximum 150 KB). One approved image is shared across all events. Only the Admin can change or remove it.

Publish a logo to D1 for all users. The existing GitHub logo remains the fallback. PNG/JPG/WebP, up to 150 KB.
Meal Defaults & Printing Rules · Admin
Choose the options shown to planners and the default used for new selections. Previously saved event values are retained.
1. Meal Defaults — What is automatically selected?
Used for new event sessions only. Existing saved events retain their own services, courses and print formats.
2. Printing Rules — Which dishes appear in which format?
Choose the destination for Dinner plated, selective and buffet dishes; choose allowed canapé tags; and choose the companion labels automatically added to A4 menus. These apply to newly created events only. Existing saved events keep their own routing.
Client Designer — Permitted Print Formats
Admin can permit A4 Buffet, A6 Tags, Live Station and Table Menu Card only. These choices are enforced in the Security API.
User Management · Admin
Create and manage accounts. Edit profiles, reset passwords (8+ characters), and deactivate or reactivate users. Passwords cannot be viewed. Existing sessions are revoked after password changes.
